in 2014-19 time Center gave smart city budget to baboru for smart city development, baboru used that budget for something else & didn’t utter a word abt this budget to public & yellow media projected baboru & pulkas believed it

Smart city baboru   jaganna vidya devina state money tho chestunaru ani promote cheyadam not a good thing , but if u see other side of coin, it's worse
