First thing first ask them to be confident and don’t be afraid of covid.consult a doctor.CT scan scores seems to be moderately severe.So time to act fast

First of all give them confidence , staying positive is the best way to fight the disease. 

Ensure that they drink plenty of liquids like lemon juice , buttermilk ,etc

Only take medications when necessary and in consultation with doctors . 

A lot of people my family knows have recovered , some even 87 years old recovered at home.  95+% never went to a hospital and recovred at home itself but make sure you are in touch with a doctor 

Please ask them to stay away from news channels for some days.
