The mindset around the money of desi's has changed and people are splurging on cars(lot of maserati's, range rover sports, model s, ) and women who hit the mid life crisis are on a different league. Some folks like being loud and showoff a bit, which is something we see a lot in this area thanks to the Amazon hq2 and the real estate boom, the prices of the properties increased by 15-20%, IT jobs are bit more stable in the DMV area and some folks doing multiple jobs (even on H4 ead).
