Toronto is nearer to Niagara , New York  than Chicago .  Btw I visited all those states and places . Seattle isn’t that cold like these states .

ok...NYC is not that cold. Snows for may be 3-4 days yearly. Newyork state may be like Albany etc are cold.

I m saying same thing USA or Canada official winter is dec- March .  March taruvata its officially spring even if it snows . It’s snows in May also in Utah . Kani Adi winter analem ga?  
 

Canada lo kuda it depends on place . Not all places it snows like Alaska . Toronto for example doesn’t snow like Denver  , Des Moines  , Chicago also .
