it was spotted after they take off for 30 minutes, it probably might have entered when the plan was on ground with the door open and no one might have caught it sneaking in. 

They had to do the fuel dump, for this they had to fly the plane for 3 hours, so that the fuel tank would have some room for a safe landing.

With full tank they cant do a safe landing. 

This could have had costed AI thousands of dollars for sure.
