Because rural population from near by uttar Pradesh, haryana, uthara khand and Himachal  all end up getting treated in delhi hospitals ... So much for Aditya bhist uttar pradesh ...

And gujarath which stopped treating patients in surat after running out of oxygen... and faced acute oxygen shortage

Now after damage is done ...we have to control damage done to bModi image rather than population ...so let's forget everything and let us blame kerala and Delhi..while asking Delhi and kerala CM not to blame bjp government

Are you expecting Oxygen plants to be built in Delhi? Aren't these Oxygen production facilities in Industrial areas? I don't think they will have permission to set these up in the capital city.

Industrial oxygen plans are different from medical grade...it can be converted. Almost all major hospitals have in house oxygen plant but they are not sufficient, hence we have to procure industrial grade.

As you and me are talking, there are about 20 oxygen plans being set up in Delhi...not industrial ones but captive oxygen plants by Delhi Government. They could have done it an year back..

That's not medical grade oxygen, its Industrial Grade Oxygen, considered most purest form of oxygen...iron and steel, aluminum and copper, metal smelters, petroleum refineries etc uses such type of oxygen they usually have their own captive oxygen plants installed in their factories.

Gujarat, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bengal and few other states have such plants in their states for a long time, thanks to metal industries and steel plans. Odisha has about 12 steel plants  including rourkela, jindal etc.

This is the one that was transported across India to hospitals. Where as 160 captive oxygen plants which were sanctioned in November last year, are still yet to be commissioned citing various hurdles and local permissions, about 20 of them are expected to start in the next one month in Delhi alone.
