what are options in below situation, please throw some insight.

h1b 2024 varaku undi 

konni situations valla break tisko valsi ravachu like 6 months to an year. employer support chestadu h1b revoke cheyadu but india lo I cannot work during this period and pay roll kuda run avadu.

can i go to visa stamping after 6 months to an year without pay roll? or stamping ki e covid regulations taravatha vellina we dont know when consulates will be open so ala ayina few months break vachela undi.

Is this possible to take a break and stay in india for certain period, then go to stamping?

Yes you can attend stamping by taking a new offer letter from your employer. Most of the the popular desi consultancies run on this model. They terminate the employment when the on-site opportunity is over and they send employees to India. They will give new offer letter for the next onsite opportunity . If the visa is is valid employee can travel otherwise they can attend stamping with unexpired petition .
