In my personal belief, I believe that CBN is the person responsible for this mess,

Why? My reasons are :

1. 1983-89 even though NTR was CM, CBN used to have almost absolute power regarding functioning of AP and TDP, both.

2. 1994-2004: Undisputed CM of United AP

3. Sept,2009 - 2014 : United AP even though had CMs like Rosy and Kiran Reddy after dogs death of YSR, it was CBN who was wielding lot of power because of almost no CM skills for any of them.

4. 2014-2019: Undisputed CM of divided AP.

5. Plus lot of sphere of influence at the Centre during 1989-1994 due to Third-Front Coalition, so CBN was spinning the wheel all through, even though out of the Power at the State level.

6. One more chance to spin the wheel at the Centre between 1999-2004 due to being the largest coalition partner for NDA-I Govt. (running parallel to his own rule)

So between 1983-2019, out of 35 years, nearly 25 years at the State and parallel 5 years at the Center, absolute 5 years at the center, it was  CBN WHO HELD ALL THE POWER.

Which means almost all the time for 35 years before 2019, CBN was de facto leader of United AP or divided AP.

And during all these good times, he hardly built half a dozen Govt hospitals, neither did he increase the bed capacity of the state.

We can't blame Jaggad or his Christianity for this. Its CBN who should be blamed for all the deaths in AP.
