old mestir sure ga 485 file cheyyochu... But.. mestri sure ga financial support chupinchali for the amount of your GC prevailing wage. Adi kuda from the day your perm approved.

Eg: Jan 2012 nee perm approve ayyindi with prevailing wage 65,000$/yr. 

1. Starting jan 2012 to till date - you must having pay checks for minimum salary of 65,000$.

2. Incase emaina gaps vunte nee paychecks.. Let say 2yrs away, mee mestri should show minimum of 65,000$ of profit for those years to cover your salary.

3. Malli aa mestri daggara vunna other 140 approvals kuda matter avuthai. Means, nee laagane inko 5 members 140 taruvatha vellaru anuko, mee mestri must withdraw other 140's before file yours/ show enough profits to cover all approved 140's. 

3rd point okkate inka naaku ekkuva clarity kaavali...
