calorie deficit = weigh loss

2lbs/week is a feasible plan. 

cardio with weight training is good for weight loss.

Elliptical with resistance and  treadmill with incline burn more calories  

 

Have protein in every meal to maintain muscle.

that would be overkill...do 20-30 mins cardio and shift to weight/resistance training

Nuts and eggs fill me up in the morning and I eat early dinner and yes if you tell me I don’t feel hungry I will be lieing hunger untundi coz I am working out in the gym as well. Usually in the night I get hungry but no pain no gain.. if I cannot control my pangs i cannot kill my weight. Period. I eat 1-2 spoons curd if I cannot take it ... i see progress and I want to continue until my body is adjusted

Nenu chesedhe cheppanu.. i eat early dinner and it’s not that hard to skip lunch when you eat a good heavy breakfast

Guys - Never starve your body. Starving your body = Decline in metabolism. You are killing the metabolism related cells.

Eat everything but in limited capacity. Avoid sugars, cut down the meat and avoid processed food. Finish the dinner by 6.30 or 7 PM max.

Cardio - Be mindful on how much and what type of cardio you are doing. Just doing Cardio will not help.

2 important things that need to done for weight loss:

 

1. No Carbs - No means No. 

2. No Sugar - Not even single grain - If possible even avoid sugary fruits.

3. Do some cardio - Running helps a lot, but if you feel this is hard, walking is Just fine, tho walking doesnt really help a whole lot, its the very basic exercise. Elliptical and cycling are other alternatives as well for Cardio.

4. Intermittent fasting helps - but then if you consume whole lot of carbs and sugars in that one meal a day lets say, then its useless of doing this fasting. 

5. I recently tried water fasting as well for 72 hours, it went good for me thou its little hard with so many side effects, i wouldnt recommend this to anyone, especially whose metabolism is weak. I lost 8 pounds in 3 days. 

But Caution: Its not easy to do water fasting.

Dude carbs are important for you body ...it’s not good to avoid carbs..
