go to any shopping malls in Hyd, like South India, CMR, RS-Bros, Chennai shopping mall or even smaller ones, you'll see the staff from Srikakulam and ongole who can do 9 to 10 hrs duty that too continuously standing.

It is not about the percentage. It is a challenge to control or catch them. They arrive as students or sellers of cloth or ice cream. After carrying out a recce in the day time, they enter their target location either a bank or house. After looting the premises, they flee with the booty in trains bound for north india.

so you think north Indians are roaming around in south Indian cities without actually being tied to any employer, who can identify them? don't you think police can easily spot such newcomers in their area?

I got work through a bengali broker and worked in Tiruppur salem etc. The guy had all my details.. both the broker and the eventual employer.

every north indian/bengali person I met on that job had an aadhar id. if that isn't enough to track someone down, I don't know what is.
