are you talking about others or about yourself?

IMO, meetings over 30min are not productive and if you are spending 5-6hrs in meetings everyday then you are just spending time

It's not like it is my decision. This is my 3rd day and these are team meetings.

I have no say in how long these meetings go. I am just wondering when they actually get time to work between all these meetings.

risk vs reward. raise your hand and tell them what is wrong. people won't listen if you just tell them they are wrong, ego comes in. tell them what is not right and provide them a solution to be more productive without spending so much time in meetings. you could start with a simple question - why do we need these meetings, participants and their contribution to the project/task along with time spent

It won't work that way. Need to be a part of the team for a while before we can give those inputs, ochina rendu moodu rojulake ila chesthey ika team lo unna desi colleagues, desi manager valla egolu hurt avuthayi.

Need to be patient before doing this.
