nope. only non citizen parents of US citizen kids are allowed for now

Grand parents are not legal guardians. legal paperwork undali for that to happen. Parents death undali ani evado telegram group lo rasadu. I dont think thats true. Also u guys has to be there to sign the guardianship of ur kid to ur parents. Talk to a attorney about legal guardians.
