particularly immigrantion side and work from home .. along with real estate increases

What I’m saying is if you need one house to live and if you could afford , it doesn’t matter when you buy.

if you live in that home for 2 years out of last 5 years there is no capital gains tax

i bought house 2 months back.. they increased 100k now..  i feel these rates are exaggerated using low inventory and low interests.

low interest okkatey kaadhu low inventory because lumber is costly and labor too due to covid
