Bahria town is his premier real estate project. Bahria town is a massive scam. Their entire business model is to make 100 plots, and then register 500 people on it. The 500 people make their deposits and monthly payments, but there are enough plots for only 100 of them.

Bahria town them causes a crash in the price of the plots, so they are now not worth the installments that people are making. At this stage 400 of the 500 people decide to cut their losses and sell at a loss while the remaining hundred get the 100 plots that existed.

If during the first crash 400 people do not sell, then it's delaying and causing more and more crashes until the extra people are weeded out.

The land which he stole by coercion , deceit or by threats happens to be owned by poor sindhi farmers . 

So how did Malik Riaz get away with such scams ?  He has his men in army , political parties and judiciary .   He can do anything and get away with it  .

For example  his son in law was having a threesome with  actress uzma Khan and her sister in his guest house . Look what Malik Riaz's daughter did .

In any civilised country such behaviour would land her in jail but but not a single media covered the incident  . 

When the actress filed a case on her , the judge threatened the accuser if she didn't withdraw .

Basically like india it's a ** up country with ** up judiciary and this Malik Riaz is just a parasite feeding on the system  , there is no not a big sindhi angle or punjabi angle here .

Nice try . There are lot of grievances but sindhi nationalism is the main driving force which enlightened the people to see the big picture behind exploitation.
