Hopefully people like you take the lead , current crop of indian IT companies only look at the profit and share price .

They don't have any long term goals  , the dividend is several times R&D budget .

India is a terrible place to start a business , the courts are a joke .  If someone creates a product , someone influential can steal it from you and no one will take any action. Cheque bounce cases take on average 10 years to get judgement in district court level . 

If india to manages to fix the legal system  , then situation may improve
