Depends on the narrative.

Andhra Telugu's think development started in 1983, peaked between 1994 and 2004 and then tanked, bankrupt since 2014.

Andhra's think they developed Telangana. Without them, Kukatpally would not have been what it is today.

Telanganites think, it has always been better, worst started in 1956, peaked between 1983-89 and tanked between 1995-2014, Just started getting better again.

Actually a common person never felt Telangana didnt had a Dalit CM as promised in manifesto its just opportunist people and media who started highlighting this point... For majority of the common man all they need is better administration and overall growth which i think is happening correctly... I do agree there are some mistakes which needs to be corrected but overall I never saw this pace of development at least before 2014 where projects used to take decades to complete...

Offcourse common man like in the picture below never bothers. You are THE common man and whatever you say is what common man wants. THey made fake promises like dalit CM to hide their power hungriness and the sin of dividing a 10 crore state.
