For last 20 years I slept 4 hours a day and never took a vacation

time to change jobs when boss talks like this , looks like kind of expects others to follow his suit and won't be happy with a 9-5 output

sounds like he doesnt have any personal life and a work alcoholic. 

May be he just likes to work all the time, ? or is he forced to do so ? may be thats what that keeps him happy

I have been sleeping 4-5 hrs during weekdays and cover up little bit with around 7-8 hrs sleep during weekends since the last 5 yrs. 

I don't feel tired, I don't drink coffee/caffine to stay up/active, on the flip side if I sleep for more than 7 hours I usually feel tired and keep yawning all day.

But vacations are needed for sure a couple of long ones in one year, no vacation taken ante, ghoram.
