90% of the fault is on congress . not many people are faulting the division itself (except the politicians ), the main issue is the way division was done haphazardly . 

Not a single division promise was actually Included in the bill in writing.  just some vague words like " will consider" ," may grant" , "recommend to" , You know typical law fluff agreements. 

Sonia gandhi must apologise for the way it is done and correct the mistakes if she gets a chance .

Ledhu abaa the main difference between 96, 99 Elections is NDA lost around 30 seats in AP . So that's UPA gaining 30 . 

Total difference is 60 due  Andhra Pradesh, BJP got almost the same seats in 1999 & 2004 

AP was the backbone of UPA and they decided to break it Into two without much thought for short term gains .

Arrogant Congress high command has lost touch with the ground after two victories , now they are reduced to 4 seats in telugu states and they might not even win those four again.

Ide BJP strength. They don’t need to fight with Congress or bother about winning in these 150 seats.

Haphazardly ? This was done after due consultation with all parties including then YSR and BJP is the one which strongly supported. This was a process over 14yrs from NDA to UPA govt.

It is funny that liberals come and call out racism when immigrants are targeted in any country; however, these guys openly supported racist movements and actively encouraged targeting Andhras - people who had every right to work and live in their capital city. Your argument is just as true  as saying BJP handled the economy and covid  well but deep down everyone knows it's false.

Actually not really , congress main weakness is versus Bjp . 

They lost like 90% of the seats in which BJP was it's main competitor . 

BJP itself is doing a great job at isolating all  other parties , if there is a realistic chance of other parties forming a coalition they might do so to keep BJP out of power
