Good decision.  Nothing wrong as per hindu dharma provided they don’t worship / touch the idol on those 3 period days

Chinnapudu I heard a story.. oka sivalayalam lo ammavari saree kalipoindi. Enduku antey oka ame 3rd day head shower chesi vellindi anta Edo Pooja untey. Appatlo I believed. But now it’s bs. Periods means unhygienic in old days. But not now. Still women weak avtaru due to loss of blood. Kadalakunda chese panule kastam okkosari. Inka atu itu tiragali antey for some its not easy. Anthe kani there is no such thing that they should not touch this that during those days as long as they follow hygiene methods.

Every religion has few customs & traditions to follow so aa 3 days better to avoid touching idols as per our custom

 

for ex:  Muslims namaz (mosque loki) velletappudu p-enis medha or thighs medha urine drops vundakoodadhu ani antaaru purity kosam

Inko example : Now a days nenu hygiene ganey vunnanu so bayataki vellinappudu mask pettukonu antey janaalu oppukoru kadha as it’s a culture now a days to wear a mask when v r outside 

recently a mangalore doctor (with no mask) was confronted when he was in supermarket 

So better follow our religious culture of not touching those 3 days

btw even in AP there r many temples now where women r priests off course these women have gone past their menopause

Ammavari temples lo konni chotla adavalle untaru ... mainly in tamilnadu .... purvakalam lo 3 days reason thone May be vallani vedadhyayaniki dhuram petti undocchu.

Lol. Tamilnadu govt is doing very good thing. I’m supporting that. 1987 endowments act eh peddha bhoothu... inka dhanipaina nenu matladoddhane ankuntunna ....

Atleast many of Hindu priests are welcoming this move .... but I’m sure no one has dare to do the same thing in churches &mosques.

Yendhi TN gives priesthood to women and other castes then its a good thing but Telugu peopel stop heriditary turaq system called mirasi in 1980s and you will cry like someone slapped you yesterday ? it is our curse that people like you live amongst us.

Nee bondha... nenu cheppindhi giving priesthood to women is welcoming thing ani .... non brahmins hereditary priests laga from ages nunchi unnaru . Chalamandhi open ga chepparu.... what’s happening in the name of endowments anedhi .... adhi telsinodu evadu kuda endowments ni ... vallu chesina acts ni pattinchukodu. I’m against to the govt ... not against to any caste , religion , creed & ppl.
