Absolutely criminal to charge GST onlife saving medicines atleast during the pandemic times. For ambulances they were charging 28% GST and that got reduced to 12% couple of days ago. They are charging on sanitizers, masks, RTPCR tests/machinary and on vital drugs like remedisvir  and oxygen cylinders. 10-30% is mark up in hospital bills with various taxes and service fees

He exposes govt lies that GST council decides these rates but in actuality states have zero power in there and BJP just ignored every suggestion to  give full exemption to life saving medicines , machines and masks . 

I don't even understand the logic of having any tax on any medicine, is it a luxury product ?

Is India so desperate that they cannot stop collecting taxes on medicines from a dying or diseased person ? Pathetic
