It is a talent  which doesn't impress film critics but ultimately he's running a commercial venture and profit is all that counts like Michael bay films

 

I hope Rajamouli stops making films, so Telugu films can get better.

Rajamouli is not root cause for bad films and they will not stop if he goes away . He actually bought some good money into the industry through hits . 

Almost all of telugu film industry is run through dubious financing , tax evasion and money laundering because 9/10 films don't make any money 

Rajamouli is perhaps a big exception

Nope. Rajamouli shot the war scenes with 1000s of junior artists. Its like wasting money and dragging industry back into the dark era.

Pretty soon, Indian cinema is gonna have great graphics.. just wait and see. It won't be from Rajamouli or that other idiot Shankar.

plenty of small visual art directors are working for decades trying to make movies at a grander scale visually. Baahubali is actually a step in the wrong direction.

Hindi movie Padmavat had way better war scenes than Baahubali.

yeah padmavat is a crap movie too, but atleast it looks really really good.

Look I don't know what happens inside TFI , it looked pretty good for an indian production for sure ,Much better than whatever bollywood produces .
