Opinion on CJI NV Ramana

He is doing a commendable job after he took charge. Atleast he man upped and put GOI in check on handling of covid like oxygen problems, vaccinations etc. and objected to the officers( gujarat coverup agents) proposed by Modi to the top post of CBI.

the previous one was a cheap bastard (ranjan gagoi) who brought down the respect to the justice system, basically retired and joined bjp as rajya sabha MP
 

I was apprehensive before he took charge because of Jagan fiasco but he seems to be the man.

he is obviously someone who had nakkas hand on him when he was in starting phase of career.. he will obviously be bit pro nakka.. not sure about other matters.. seems like he reprimanded GOI on couple of things which is good.

That was justice Yeshwant chandrachud  , all other judges in SC were inexplicably quiet on that topic

Yep , but the third guy is also a sanghi agent from bihar.

Previous CJi was bobde , not Gogoi .  Bobde was a BJP judge from the beginning , gogoi was a congress judge who was trapped by amit shah and turned to bjp.

One good thing ramana did is pursuing of live telecast of SC ,but I don't think other judges will allow it
