Rather than a new mouse you have to change your posture .

There are plenty of online help regarding how to have a good posture when operating a computer .

I have been using Logitech MX master for sometime now, extremely comfortable and reliable

Keep your wrists straight.

Use a splint or brace that helps keep your wrist in a neutral position.

Avoid flexing and extending your wrists over and over again.

Keep your hands warm.

Take breaks whenever you can.

Put your hands and wrists in the right position while you work.

If all above tips won't help , you must see a doctor and get medicine or in worse case a surgery.

A good ergonomic mouse is so much easier on your hands , it's a really good investment if you spend so much time on your computer

I had the same issue, I did not change my keyboard or mouse(I use regular logitech ones), I adjusted my chair armrest height to match my desk height, made sure my keyboard and mouse are a good 8-10 inches inside from the edge of the table, so when you are typing your wrists(entire wrist area) should comfortably rest on the desk rather than hanging in the air at the edge of the desk, or when you are using your mouse, your wrist should rest comfortably on the desk, and your forearm should go straight across the edge of your desk onto your chair armrest.
