Very few houses available in Ft Mill now a days plus most of the buyers are paying cash. 

Best go to Rock Hill

How about indian land, SC, I see this is close to Balantyne ? Were there any new communities to take a look ?

Near to concord the price is so expensive new th's around 400 - 425k.. Single family is almost 525 - 575 k which is really insane !!!

Indian land is good but availability is very little as of now, it's very close to Red Ventures so there's a lot of demand for houses in Indian land. 

Oka friend konnadu recently old 20 year old house with repairs for some 400k in Indian land, that's how much the demand is. He even said he's lucky to find it
