Franklin Templeton's indian management did so much corrupt practices and f*cked the investors .

There is no way a asset management firm will survive such a fiasco ,  almost all of the top management have resigned

The only reason they operating in india is to comply with legal issues , the closure of indian unit is all but a matter of time

Matter in 2 lines

It's complicated but

Franklin Templeton india were incredibly incompetent and borderline malicious and have lost a large portion of their clients money in shitty investments .

This company is done since the biggest strength of an asset management firm is its reputation and it has none right now.

Almost all of its top management have resigned and are being investigated by SEBI

Slightly detailed explanation.

Definetly agree boss but this is a sector which operates purely on reputation

There is no way any company will come back from this fiasco , look at the comments made by customers of  FT. most of them middle class People lured by higher interest rates .
