Adani vs AP businessmen doubt

How come Adani was able to invest successfully in AP while Telugu businessmen never moved from Hyderabad to AP ?

Because he is a benami and corrupt to the core, it is not called investment they threatened AP businessmen with IT and ED raids to away the ports for penny on a dollar price. Then BJP government is creating infrastructure around the ports to benefit Adani or people behindA company eventually hence it is not for the love of AP people but to loot them or talking them for a ride.

Adani has the backing of the most powerful men in the country . 

Let me give you a small example of how this works . 

Adani acquired krishnapatnam port for around 14000 crores which is actually a fair price based on the PE ratio but the port that Adani acquired had no industry around it  and even the infrastructure like road , railway link was average . 

Here's where Adani's real strength lies , he lobbied to build an expressway from Nellore to Bengaluru via tirupathi , chittor . Both highways are under construction now  and will reduce the travel time from krishnapatnam to Bengaluru from 7 hours 30 mins to around 5 hours . 

The port link road from NH16 was made into 8 lane road , railway link got electrified , a new FSSAI unit was established , customs unit was upgraded to reduce turnover time ,  2500 crores was sanctioned for industrial infrastructure around krishnapatnam .  

State govt is silently acquiring a land bank of 15000 acres around the port and center is funding the infrastructure like electricity grid , water supply , roads , waste treatment plants , etc   

All of this in less than a year after acquisition 

All of this will be given at nominal amouts to industries and Adani port will see a huge increase in cargo handled / revenue / profit.

So in summary , Adani's proximity to powers in delhi can get things done  and he's got to have similar plans for gangavaram albeit at lower scale .

Has any politician or industrialist from Andhra has such capability?

Please don't put GMR and sujana in same league .

Sujana is just a bank scammer , he doesn't run sh*t . He buys old bankrupt companies and gets huge loans and defaults. 

Regarding GMR , they are actually in a bad position financially because their revenue stream has not been able to pay the debt . They are over leveraged and selling assets tocreduce burden .  Good company technically though

Also I read some where the price to dock/unload/load a ship was something like $30k USD few years ago and that got increased to some $110K -$130K USD now, basically he is creating a monopoly and acquiring some ports just to see there is no alternative close by. The increased price just gets transferred over to the end customer like some markup on retail

Basic ga vadiki   supreme court lo lobbying kavali . Ambani and Adani will provide that. 

Think of it as a business deal , lobbying kosam seats ammukuntunadu

Another reason is there arnt many leaders who were promised rajya sabha seats in ycp. Yv subba Reddy , possibly beedha mastan rao  are the only candidates I know who are on vying .

Just that he is not in a position to say no to shah. The ideal way Jagan gets out of the mess he is in if there is a hung government to have some leverage in negotiations and put an end to this misery once in for all
