The “dates for filing application” or simply “dates for filing” in Visa bulletin are the earliest dates when Green Card Applicants may be able to apply for green card or immigrant visa. ... it just means dept of staate is ready for more inventory , but it upto uscis to accept filing dates or not usually they open in october

its givinig a sense they have lot of numbers in eb2 and eb3 and its a sign october lo eb3 will further move

Will it move just to feb 2014 in October in that case? Just trying to assess up to when filing dates will move in October 2021
