That data is school participation , which doesn't include total literacy rate . That means school participation in Andhra Pradesh state was abyssmal for the last four decades when all states were more or less equal back then

So is jagan doing anything to increase the literacy rate ?

lol. andukey we should live in reality anedhi..

number of IIT aspirants is not the same as equitable education opportunities for everyone.

These people don't understand why most of the skilled positions in sricity , kia , etc are held by tamilians while Andhra people are mostly contract unskilled labourers

anything less than 99% is criminal, actually. atleast in the until 15 age. every state should aim for 100% school participation by their kids.

Telangana did well comparatively, but still not enough.

The Problem is Andhra has some tribal population which doesn't even have proper ration cards to this day.

And also many rural people think education is waste because they will not get any jobs anyway. (Which is kinda  true)

90% is possible in five years term if government cares but 90 to 99% is extremely hard and may take longer than 60 to 90

yes. each state challenges are different. even gujarat has tribes in the kutch region who I doubt ever attended school or had human contact beyond working salt factories.

govt should make effort to reach them all. and offer to provide them govt jobs and bring their voices to the mainstream.

Gujarat has some similarities with Andhra , they also have distinct regions

Saurashtra

Kutch

South Gujarat

Central Gujarat

North Gujarat

All with unique  identity and varied history
