govt ki em loss ledhu. UPA/BJP i don't give a fcuk (except that disgusting hatred for muslims, which you also exhibit), govts exists to give people what they want. The constraints to this giving are political, not financial.

for eg. you can want 10 nurses at your beck and call if you just sneeze, but its not possible. but you can certainly have 1 nurse who also serves 100 other patients in a shift. Govt can make that happen, if they want to.

same for food. Govts can feed everyone without incurring any loss. Whatever 'loss' you imagine to the govt, is private person's profit, which again circulates in the economy. If anything, Indian govt is not spending enough to kickstart the economy. we shouldn't worry about small things like people taking two ration cards, unless its a serious drain on resources that could've gone elsewhere.
