My research 

1. interest rates are not going to rise at-least through next 2 years 

2. free money dumped into market, people from cali, Seattle, nyc and all these places are spread out all over into tier 2 cities like atlanta, Charlotte , several places in Texas. 
 

3. house prices increasing at sky rocketing rates.. even if house prices stabilize it won’t go back to normal

4. Go move ur a** and take serious decisions .. otherwise u will regret in future .. !!

At least lumbar workforce is coming back to work and supply is increasing. Rates will fall and we already noticed this in the past couple months. Look at futures as well.

These two itself will have huge effect outside other things.. FOMO tho meeru continue ayipondi..

#2. Free money dumped into market but how much one individual person got man. Can he/she buy house with that $7k? Only big companies got lot man, not an individual person.

Mortgage rates change irrespective of the interest rate increase by the fed 

you might see stabilization of prices and I don’t think it will fall 

5 % increase in a year is still possible
