Subaru has gasket issues. Nissan has transmission issues. Ford and Chevy are third grade companies. Go for either Toyota, Honda or Mazda. If I were you I will go for CRV.

RAV4 for reliability and space

CX5 got super driving dynamics, but its less practical

CRV is well rounded in all aspects
