Property share between son and daughter ques

I have this ques......if parents have 1 son and 1 daughter, how parents will share the property btwn both their children.....both son and daughter are in their mid 30's.......my dad is having prop 7.5 cr worth property......they are telling they will give 2.5 cr worth to my sister and remaining to me......and 35-40 lakhs worth gold completely to my sister......mom says gold daughters ki istamu mana side ani.....they say neeku ekkuva share istamu kabatti.......my dad is in mid 60's......vallu maa sister ki thana share ippude ichedfamu ani plan, naakemo valla thadananthatam istamu antunnaru.....

Usual ga mana Indian families nijanga entire gold daughters ki matram istara, also property share ela panchutaru, equal or little high to sons?

seriously indian parents valla security first chusukuntaru......... last daka valla properties valla kids ki ivvaru which is fyn and understandable to some extent.......maa sister ki mrg ayyi 12 yrs ayyindi.......inka emi settle cheyyaledu thanaki.....ippudu settle cheddamu anukuni ila pettaru half from their properties and half from my propery.......nenu son kabatti naaku emo valla tadanantaram matrame vastadi even the property which i purchased on my own kuda.......asalu e properties antene kopam vastundi, parents manchiga cheptaru, neeku intha asthi istamu, antha istamu, untilatmely they give that when we reach 45-50, app ga parents age 75 -80 annappudu istaru.......ah age lo ichi inka em chesukovali anipistadi......anduke nenu naa properties meedha ekkuva interest untadi because i purchased them on my own, vallu elago inko 15 yrs taruvathe istaru naaku, anduke......ippudu naa property lo cutting pedithe nijanga chiraku vastundi......

200% agreed, even if you are the only son/daughter, still keep the propeties whcih you purchase on your name and not on your parents name
