ok got it, try using sentiment angle.. nen aa properties konnaka nak kalisochindi, life going good.. adi ivvadamante enduko unable to convince myself ani sentiment use chey..

Looks reasonable. 

 

Usual ga 3 parts chesi, one part for each (Son, Daughter, Parents). Parents part is up to them. They can give it to whoever they want but usually goes to son. This can change last minute if the Daughter has to take care of them towards end of their life.

Andulo doubt emundi ...One thing is fixed you are not going to get their property fairly ... if you fight then your sister will show that as cause making you & ur wife  as demon's in front of others , making your parents in secure ... Remember, all the times the parents,  especially mothers are more comfy with daughters than son's...

My suggestion is as you are not going to get your fair share of their property , u fight for your own property that's all....  most important thing is Do not lose your temper, Do not lose your tongue, Handle this with Patience try to post pone this as much as you can, things may change in future...  if you shout & do hungama then you lose the battle... They will start spreading lies about you... There is no shame in defending your own property. Your parents might have influencable person, most of the time they will listen to him find out that guy and start from there, it does not matter how good your relationship is with him.. Just reach out to him and seek help if he did not then find out other options.. Do not Involve yourself alone thinking that you can handle this on your own.

if your dad didn’t earn that money and it is your grand parents , it will be 1/3 each 

if it is your dad hard earned money than it is his wish to give whom ever he likes
