Well , almost every state is constrained by supply factor right now (except UP, bihar )

Gujarat & north india  are getting priority in vaccine supply , it's not like rest of states can't vaccinate lakhs daily .

One thing is for sure , the supply has massively improved this month and is only expected to get better
