Witch company they will call whenever they want irrespective of day or night and expect you to be available around the clock for their offshore folks and 1-2 weekends in a month....

Also, they will not initiate GC till the last minute and I have seen people whom they recruited onsite were asked to relocate to India or asked to resign when the project was not extended... I worked with them as contract for couple of years ....

I hope initially remote for both jobs if possible accept both jobs and do it for few days . You will know the difference and you can decide later which one to keep.

Pay difference is around 25 percent.

It’s good amount. Witch company has more cuts in take home salary . Note that point also . Try for both jobs initially and later you can decide

Don't think any problem will happen so try to be in similar role title etc make sure your 140 is approved 

Get the job descriptions if possible when they filed your 140 , 485 (copy of filing)

Try to have your 485j as close to your earlier job description possible

If they don't give it yiu can always file FOIA

Good luck bro don't see any issue if your 140 is approved , you cannot speculate and leave good offers by just sitting on these
