giving discounts itself is a penalty no ? and this is where competitors will pull the client .

ippudu manam client DB lepesam anuko mana vendor has to pay for the damage out of his pocket ( insurance will be there).

once oka service ki alavaatu ayyaka it takes lot of effort to shift services..so unless mission critical many just continue
