good home warranty.. suggestions plz

I'm shopping around for affordable good home warranty companies but review chuusthuney bhayamesthundhi... based on your experience, can you suggest if the home warranty company you went with is good enough to fix the problem in a timely fashion...

You don’t need for new houses for at least 5 years. For old house go for American first serve

I have the below one bro...I have been having that since I bought the house in 2019 and I have used their service a few times...I pay $38/mnth and usually when I need their service, they will set up an appointment with local contractors within few hours or at least 24 hours....I can give them 5/5 rating...

Home insurance or home warranty ? If you are talking about home warranty, you don’t need it for new house. Actually home warranty is big waste of money if you know exactly what they cover and what they don’t .

take with your auto. Check for best coverage and cheapest. Don’t go for too low coverages

Make sure you get all the details when purchasing home warranty. For example : if your AC is gone bad then they will only cover 3000 and not more than that. Another example : if your ice maker on refrigerator is not working then it’s not covered. Get all the details about the coverage and coverage amounts.

yes, they do...I had boiler heater before and fixed every issues I had with it...I just replaced that with central AC last week...

lol.. ice maker is faulty already.. found that out during inspection..
