zip code batti plans untay anukunta bro...but naakaithe really worth it...$39.99 a month...nenu house konappudu, previous owner anni appliances kuda icchindhi...2 months lo washing machine paadayyindhi, so ventane naku brand new icchindru veellu...

same issue here bro... separate options chuupisthundhi... so nenu local warranty company thoti real estate home warranty plan purchased, using credit from the seller via title company. rooftop coverage kuda theesukuna to be safe... total came around $600 for year
