age is just a number ani cheptha nenu generally chala answers lo but the harsh truth is studying after 30 will be really tough for you man , just remember that you have to compete with younger folks who are more active and smart than you , 7 years ki gen gap type lo untundi , also phd is a multi year effort , no kids antunnavu ante kids ikkada plan cheyalana or wait till you complete phd ? 

if you wait you will be 35+ when you have your first kid , bit late but ok I guess

if you don't wait then how will you manage your family through just stipend , chala kastham ga untundi aa few years with family

just edo timepass phd ko vastha just to get gc , I'm rich back in India ante nee istham mari , if you have money and will power everything else takes a backseat I guess , age then really becomes just a number...

but why after all these years? friends fb photos ani matram chepaku , those are all fake pakodi , no one really knows what people go through in homes 

lastly, not doing something eats you and cause a lot of emotional stress, especially something like coming to amrika , once that thought comes , all you are essentially doing is picking up reasons for doing it as you have already made up your mind , you will eventually ignore all negatives and focus only on positives , grass is greener type, but hey , I'm just a random stranger typing this at 02:00 am in the morning , so take my advice with a grain of salt and do what you want to do...

My seniors came when they were 34  married with kids .. No issues you can take risks any time .. But it should be calculated risk ...Do you have any issues with your current business . Are you in loss or it’s towards bankruptcy?? 
 

if it’s( business) running well than just sake of US..Vellali ani manchiga okka set ayena route lo numchi matram raaku.. Again malli set avvallante it will take years ... I have done successful business in India  and I came to us on IT Job . So  I know the difference
