Capital pettina 2 constituencies SC/ST reserved. Official lekkalu prakaram Chows land percentage 18%. SC/ST and BC's have more than 50%. Reddys have 16%. Its in the middle of state and next to the river. Adhi oka caste kosam chesaranadam vichithram ga undhi. Know the facts man before concluding. Btw, I don't have anything there. And my district is one of the poorent in the AP and far from capital. Vizag lo ne kastho koostho unnayi. And relatives have good properties there (Vizag).
