recently back to db after being in the background for 2-3 years..

looks like 2 years back or 1 year back - new constructions ki manchi deal vuntde. when heard last year, i ignored it as far away...but with recent explosion in market , having to consider it.

 in healthcare ..target commute may be South SF, san mateo, hayward, richmond etc. iam told of brutal commute but currently only 1 working  and thinking because of hybrid possibilities...

was planning to move out of state but delayed by ead/gc processing speeds 🙄

No where out of reach 2500 after with 4k lot is costing yiu 950 not sure is it worth to spend that much in that area now

For get it if yiu are commuting to San Mateo south sf it's no way good bro

Hoaward is fine not sure what jobs giu have therr

If I was yiu at least brentwood lo prices stable unayi if you can find a job from "bartable" location antioch bart is 9 miles from brentwood

Prices are much approachable and good houses too

 

But if yiu get a job in South bay or peninsula yiu will be done

same exact price increase chusinam - 650k 2020 Aug to 950k now - i think its pending also. correct seems very inflated.. mari kone vallu kontunnaru bro .. 

also lathrop ki pothe , inka sacramento jobs chesevalla? ledha 2 days commute fix ayyinavalla?

See Lathrop(river island) even 3 day commute will be tough  bro think about brentwood and distance to bart
