Usually indian people with kids out of school are going to buy bigger lots heard one indian family bought 10 acer lot house for some 2plus million to do farming

Indians are slowly moving but not as mountain house

Agreed schools are not as great as mountain house but there are decent schools

Not sure or heard about racist etc

Main drawback in my opinion iok south bay and peninsula job kastam
