Its the most difficult question ever mate. Both were Great, carried great Aura through out their career. 

Some I can bring:

Jaya: The most beautiful face, lovely, perfect shape-cut, very decent, great behaviour, too many good achievements, too much loved by everyone. But might not be chexier than Sri.

SriDevi: She has all the qualities above mentioned for Jaya. But additional qualification is her ability to ooze chexiness and show the lust on her face. Just with a single change in her expression, she can get slutty. Drawback might be her many surgeries but that doesnt matter for onlookers.

Common thing between them is Unconditional Love they got from wider public, literally none hated them.
