If criteria is to buy a house, then Santa Clarita is bit expensive…over the budget type unless you are willing to spend a million..

budget oka 600-800k aithe Simi Valley is affordable ..

LA region suburbs Lo bane dorkutayi…Riverside la manollu masthu mandi vuntar, Proximity to Orange County..

In that case 1 million is not enough anywhere near employment areas in cali. 1.5 pedithe oka 2500 sqft house ravochu. Consider other states, future employment kosam you can sell and leave.
