It will move bro , i am not saying they wont mmove , Pctober is new fiscal , they will move the filing date and from then on slow fa final dates will catch up

Chala mandi around 85% people did not submitted medicals at the time of 485 bro, typically uscis should send rfe for medicals , there is another way were you can just write a ltter and send medicals its hit and miss chance with little success rate but nothing detrimental to applications worst case you will still get rfe , if it reaches the file when officer opens you will save turn around time of rfe and rfe anser
