Eb2 2012 jun 1 is pd. Got my labor approved 3 weeks back but law firm firgoman is doing 140 processing very slow.

So what is your plan ?? File direct in eb3 or file eb2 and wait or  wait for september see if eb2 moves (mostly it will)then file directly in eb2??

Same boat EB2 Feb 2012 PD, EB2 I140 is filed in regular processing and is in progress.

 

Any suggestions ? Whether to downgrade to EB3 or wait till Sept/October Bulletin to see if EB2 FAD moves forward to Feb 2012.

I don’t think there will be any movement in eb2 dates in September. Just my opinion

If EB2 I140 is still in process and not approved Would applying EB3 I140 will be a downgrade or is like filing a new EB3 I140 ?
