October is the new fiscal bro , you will know by september 15th(Thats when october bulletin is publ;ished) till what dates the filing dates move (Uscis fiscal october to septmber), right now the disco is happeninng about final dates movement

the disco is for final dates bro , filing dates are at feb 2014 (uscis is not honouring the filing dates now) they will move filing dates in october buelltin and they will honoour usiiually in oct nov dec)
