rey howle appudu only GVK/GMR ke aa skills unnayi. Adani gaadu vattal gokkunevaadu. They quoted very low rates and had atleast the technical capability to respond to a RFP. Ippudu adani kooda nersukunnadu so mee teddy GVK ni 10gey mannadu with the help of CBI, ED. Adhi katha.
