@ysshakeela you are the only guy in this thread who is defending casteism. I condemn casteism of all  but you deliberately ignore the bigger casteism in delhi and justifying it (saying it magically died in 1947). you can end kamma domination by ending casteism in total for that you need to see wherver it is present - in religious texts. Understand how it is perpetuated.

In TG there is no teddy or kam ruler but is there no casteism ? you dont solve it just be attacking kam or teddy.

Please read Indian history fully.

After 1857 Revolt (till then Indians were treated as untouchables by White British), there was a huge shake-up from the top. Entire Indian sub-continent was brought under Victoria's (Parliament) Rule and EastIndia Company was limited to tea & cotton export. 

Britishers were ousted from India for nearly an year and they came back & conquered whole India with guns in 1858.

But there was a direct push from Parliament in London to establish Civil Law in India with more inclusion of Indians. So from 1858, British started to include Indians in Office administration. At this time muslims turned away British education as muslims were very angry because they believed Islamic Rule in India was busted by the British. (Surrender of last Mughal Empire in 1857)

So only Hindus came forward to study. Brahmins were picked up easily because they were the only group who had 'books' in their control. So naturally the British encouraged Brahmins to study English. Also some Hindu rich-lords too!.

By 1890, we have people like Dadabhai Nouroji who went to London to represent as an British Indian MP those days.

British introduced education reforms through out and thats the reason we had Gandhi, Jinnah, Patel as eminent lawyers by 1916. But the general education was fully occupied by Brahmins.

Throught out the rest of the stay, Brahmins occupied all roles in Civil Amin like Judges, IAS because they had beter education and all the roles are by RECOMMENDATION system which worked in their favour.

After 1947, every one got chance to study and IAS officers were appointed by examination rather than recommendation systems. Plus RESERVATIONS added to their woos.

So after the British left, the old snake called Brahmanism started slowly dying.

It isnt dying  at all. The British has been replaced by Delhi. The power is shared by congress (kashmiri brahmins heriditary property) and RSS (chiptavan brahmins heriditary property). They have continued the same rule. How is the people with no votes like Jairam ramesh, foreign minister jaishankar, defense minister seetharaman occupy such powerful positions.
